During my stay, I loved the fabulous breakfast buffet, which was popular with all guests, and the hotel's proximity to amazing landmarks like Canal City Hakata and the Hakata Machiya Folk Museum, making my weekend strolls so enjoyable.

I had an incredible stay! The onsen was such a relaxing retreat after a long day, and the breakfast buffet featured delightful Kyushu dishes like mentaiko and chilled miso soup. The room was spacious and comfy, with a great soaking tub that exceeded my expectations!

The Comfort Double Room felt cramped, especially with one side of the bed pushed against the wall and limited lighting. Breakfast options were heavily skewed towards Japanese cuisine, which might not appeal to all tastes, lacking a good variety for those accustomed to Western-style meals. Plus, trying to reserve dinner at the hotel restaurant came off as complicated. we ended up dining out instead.
